Acceptance of Terms. By using https://cesardavilaconstruction.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service Description. This Site describes Home Remodeling, Countertop Installation, Flooring Installation, Deck Construction, Cabinet Installation provided by Cesar Davila Construction. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Ownership. Cesar Davila Construction (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
End of Use. Cesar Davila Construction may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Cesar Davila Construction disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cesar Davila Construction's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Cesar Davila Construction in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Cesar Davila Construction against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
